The base is on sale that's mean it has low valid rate. I just checked it valid rate around 30%.
The base valid rate is higher than 90%. Your refund is high and you refund on a super fresh and high valid bases. All your cards checker result is 05 do no honor. I refunded for this time. But with you such refund rate you wouldn't get any refund

Why you have restrictions with the high percentage of refunds? Your bases are around 30% validrate. You restrict us for trying to buy your own bases full of dead cards.
You have a lot of bases full of dead cards, but you still trying to sell that cards to us!
I bought around 20 cards, all dead.
