whatever checker you're using is killing the cards, at least chase cards. I bought four chase credits and all of them needed authentication with MMN before being unfroze. I found 1/4 and was able to use the card but the other three are useless, and though technically 'valid', they can't be used and are from 90% bases that aren't refundable. The reason I'm saying that it's your checker is because 4/4 cards were all in the 'suspicious transaction, please confirm they were you with MMN' stage and I've never seen that before..

No, we dont check all cc. To detect CVR we check random 20 cc from base.
