Admin, I’ve left a good review a couple of times and I’m a regular spender. I decided to invite my friend, he’s been buying but he’s been getting invalid cards, not even dead but invalid cards. His most recent purchase was from a base that is refundable by ticket, but support is refusing to refund the card because it’s from a gold base, that’s new by the way. The cc he bought had an expiry date of “20/24” and the base is refundable by ticket. This isn’t good, apparently his refund ratio is high, well if he’s getting invalid cards even from new updates then what do you expect. He’s deposited a good few times. Admin please sort it out as it doesn’t look good on my end, since I referred him and it doesn’t look good for the shop. His username is Alex019283

Please update this gold base May#USA_(Effective)_[Sniffed/Localbase] (Ref by tickets) its said 60% valid rate but its all trash I'm afraid my account will get banned soon due to the declined cards please help me to fix that I sent you a message about that.
