He send me passport scan. Scan is good, I dont say its bad.
Problem is, our agreement is passport scan + home address, so whats the home address source, officially water , wastewater, electric and other similiar things. Right?
He refused , He did not give me other scan papers.
He gave me passport + random address( no scans, bills, papers. ) just he wrote me one address and told me here is the address. What the hell? I am not accept it. How will I know it is real or not without scanned papers??
Thats why I was deal with him $70 usd / passport and additional scan.
Normally, regular passport scan is maximum $10 even less.
