First you gonna pay lot of money to test different bins! You cannot obiviously buy BINS on forums because 99 % of fucks are rippers! So you need to test it yourself, what means that maybe you gonna spend thousands of dollars on dumps, before you find working one in your region! So ask yourself do you have this money and is it worth to waste your time on it?!!
