The checker is not good. I checked 4 france dumps, the checker show 3 approved 1 decline. I went swiping and gaved hold call. I ruined my arrengement there so please be carefull with checker as they are a sensitive thing when carding.

if you know your bin there should be no reason to use balance checker imo
