you just fucking cry everyday and they will not change as you wish ,this is fix price of vclub as always long time ago. before many seller put them defaut price : 11.9 $ - ( Defaut price this mean all cc have 1 price : 11.9$) , but with stupid delay moneys pay to seller almost there seller quiet and come to other store , so now you can't see your bin with old price like before , i was seller in vclub, my price defaut before also 11.9 $ but i moved to other store already , so stop cry and find your way they will never change price as your wish !

when seller upload new base ccvs :
1/ seller can set price by them self all ccv this base 11.9$ or by level /by countries ... itc
2/ if seller not set price so vclub will set them default price for this base , then seller can change price by them self again in this base
problem is after vclub set them default price if seller want again change price -BASE ccvs will be DISABLE and wait support active this base again , before is fast but now not fast so seller wait long time for re-active base ,so they don't wanna change price , they will change price after some days when base sold enough ccvs seller want
