@ illuminated: With the Balance Checker we can just tell you if the card has the amount you have requested, about release time we cant know this as every bank has its own rules, so this is something we cannot control.
You can ask to other members on forums even if we doubt someone here will give you this info for free as this can kill the game and it will be against their profit, you must know the game, we suggest you to start studying your target banks to find out all the info you need, so you will have better results.
