I HAVE A QUICK QUESTION.... IS VBV ONLY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES? CUZ WITH ONE OF THE VERY FIRST DUMPS I BOUGHT WHEN I WENT TO USE IT AT THE STORE THEY ASKED FOR MY I.D. TO VERIFY IT WAS WHO IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AND I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THIS BUT I HAD CHANGED THE NAME ON TRACK 1 SO I HANDED HER THE I.D. AND SHE TYPED IN THE LICENSE NUMBER AND CAME BACK IT WASNT THE RIGHT LICENSE NUMBER AND THE SALE WAS CANCELLED AND I DIDNT GET SHIT SO IVE JUST ALWAYS THOUGHT VBV WAS FOR ONLINE AND IN STORE TRANSACTIONS TILL RECENTLY...
