redspider, you are new on market, forget this requirement.
You must make your name first and earn vouches, then you can put some requirements.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, of course, and yours is quite realistic, especially when taking into acount that you are not considering all the facts and aspects involved.
But let me present my counter-arguements:
1. We have been around since november with a flawless track record on other big clearnet forums. If you really don't know any of them, I will be happy to give some examples in private.
2. The $200 is entirely added to the balance.
3. An average to serious carder burns through $200 in 0.1 to 3 days, to be very indulgent. We are talking about fulls here. We are here to make money and our target is not the occasional shopper.
4. We were forced into this decision by the extremely high number of refund abusers. Our checker system involves showing all infos except the cc infos for 180 minutes after purchase and a checker time of 5 minutes after that. While this being the most customer-oriented form of checker, it also leaves the system prone to good-for-nothing card breakers an abusers. The $200 minimum deposit makes the prospect of abusing the checker much less appealing, as "1 go" would cost them $200, not 10,20 or 30.
5. I am really not a fan of bullshit or useless charades. The word "vouches" screams "free cards giveaway" at me, which I am not going to do.
6. Our big clients are very pleased with our service. I am not going to go bother people and beg for vouches. If our members have the time to browse the forums and the disposition to leave a coment, I'm sure they will ddo so. Experienced users know that in this business, silence is a good sign.
7. There is big money to be made with fulls, but it is not easy to do. Believe it or not, we like clients with good ideas in their head and money to spend in thier pocket. Again, the $200 initial deposit requirement helps underline this idea.

We have managed to implement different security measures to prevent abuse, whichno longer require the $200 minimum initial deposit.
This means the $200 deposit requirement is now removed. Registration and site use is again free, for any amount deposited.
