You can try to look at its firmware with one of the tools recommended by the manufacturer to work with it ( https://www.pjrc.com/store/teensy41.html).
In general, such skimmers are built on HC-05 Bluetooth modules, but I haven't met anyone who would use them for a long time, because they were used at quite outdated refueling stations.
