Yes, Master Card change the rules, allowing card issuers decline fallback either by a limit or entirely.

Jesus boys. I usually just close these threads because this discussion is over played. So, im in a good spirits today and iv decided to bring you boys up to speed once again, since you guys rather blindly send money to someone wtwo tithout doing any research.
So basically theres two types of emv cards which are static and dynamic. Im not going to focus on static cards because that a thing is a subject of the past and anyone interested can google it.
So lets get to Dynamic EMV cards, which are the whole point of this post.
The main feature that prevents fraudulent attacks is the use of “dynamic data” in that the card can generate its own unique “cryptogram” for each transaction, so that even if the card data is stolen or intercepted during a transaction, nothing can be done with it.
All dynamic card data can only be used for one individual transaction, and after that, it's useless.
When it comes to NFC, i will explain the concept in my own simple terminology real quick. So how it goes down is this, once you do an nfc transaction, the card sends a secret encrypted code to the issuing bank, once the bank responds with the correct string of code, then the card sends all the actual information required for the transaction.
Sooo now please ask youre self this question, if you are the genius that has found a solution for any of these problems would you sell it anyone ?
Thank you and please be carefull of scammers out there !
