if d + p are mostly rips what about the guy on icq who has videos of a lot of blank cards he has wrote data on from skimmimg which have atm receipt showing last withdrawel and balance of amounts like 10k and 12k he says he sells and will ship cards, if they have so much balance why sell for a few hundred dollars ? yet saying that he has a pile of dollars showing 100k ten stacks of 10k, so are they real cards wrote from skimmed data or are they bs ?

If i can walk to an atm and withdraw $1000 dollars ... or i can make a listing, talk to buyers, negotiate, package card, walk to post office, pay postage for a few hundred .. guess i'm gunna do the atm trip its easier and safer and pays more
