Western union will work and i just realized about not being able to activate to get real card due to ssn so can’t do that transfer and with the PayPal i remember something like PayPal.me where it’s like u have ur own place where anyone that has PayPal can send u money with their card but whatever the case is...western union will work u just have to deal with fees if u just want the money quick

#2 About PIN, just REMEMBER all Prepaid DEBIT cards have
Default PIN set to LAST 4 DIGITS of your CC#, that's your PIN!
Just go to store and use card with PIN, as I mention above,

Process the transaction as "CREDIT" instead of debit, now days they rarely ask for ID.
