what happen if you are a buyer and you buy 10 dead card on the row and seller block you from refund option....

As i told everyone we'll have a system of CVV that refundable will be maximum CC NR INCORRECT , CVV CODE INCORRECT WITH VALID RATE 90-95% ALWAYS EACH UPDATE.
Other bases will be 70-89% REFUNDABLE WITH EACH 3-4 MINUTES CHECK TIME.
Sometimes we will put 90+ bases refundable just to see cheaters in front of us.
