Just a short review: There is no difference than Track2NFC, the guy is selling MyCard Airpay, for $25. Is the same price as on Google Play, the only difference is you can obtain it paying with btc. The only downside is it could have some backdoor and can send your cards to someone else too, otherwise, if you can take this risk, all good, used it without problems! Can be installed on multiple devices once you bought it.

if you are talking about gsm data receiver - its an old scam. reading magnetic stripe remotely is not possible.

with an arduino and a bit of coding you can get an actual device that can read the nfc from max 1m maybe less depending ...
