The bin here was 100% vbv but because the card was dead , the vbv was disabled!! If he had bought live cc of that bin would have seen it asked for SMS code sent to real owner!
All his excuses for giving 100% crap vbv bins he lies are non vbv thereby making people burn their BTC when they purchase 100% crap rubbish
