unfortunately the VM is 32bit so what you can do on it is very limited (in regards to using other browsers)

Bro, what apps do you want to run which is not available in 32bit version? You are the first who saying this issue and Im happy to help you, but need some more information first. We are working on the new version which will be 64bit by default.
