Never had problems all these years but users are reporting same problems that account has been closed or banned. Seems like a scam. Support just says hi everyday after u send them your information . Really is a joke there are much better websites with better support. Poor from v club considering i spent thousands in store and refund ratio under 4% . Still no help from support or admin.

both vclub in the forum and the jabber support are not helping to resolve this issue. why was our account banned in the first place and I had balance in the account.
I sent vclub a msg to open a temporary account access if you can't fix this issue on time no reply from him.
It's started to look like a scam because how hard it can be you can't fix this issue for 5 days.

It is obvious they are doing a selective scam, they are closing accounts with balances on there. Have contacted support numerous times no luck at all. Been over 48 hours
