just because your BTC dont have any confirmations after 2 days. Look at your fee, you gave BTC network such a low fee it will take a week to get confirmations

We refund gold bases cards if you send it in 5 minutes. About you you dont follow our rules sent the cards after almost an hour. So we cant refund it.

According to your rules you don't refund goldbases . First I bought works . Second dead . Goldbase is sent to admin ,He told me no refund for goldbase ccs . Maybe it's time to move on from your shop since i'm only losing money to your dead cards and support refuse to refund dead ccs .
