Yes, for code 59 you can make a support ticket for card refund.
As our in house checker doesn’t allow code 59 to be refunded.

Cards quality are up-to standard. Checker works fine and refund dead cards. We also allow refund through tickets.

Tell me how many cc did u took refund till now?? Coz i always see u asking for refunds from starting n still blaming it taking time.
