yeah 51 code needs to be refunded as sellers are listing these cards purposefully knowing theyll get paid for unusable garbage
4check provokes 59 codes bc its a dirty checker and issuers knows its suspected fraud
luxchecker cleanly checks cards so it doesnt get suspected fraud but 05 (do not honor) which is a true check result
