A lot of base cheating selling FAKE USA BILLING CARDS
There base valid rate is high but can not use because they fake billing info to cheat </br></br>

they clearly say they are not responsible for incorrect billing, in fact no shops take responsibility for correct billing

they are just NO INFO card, with fake billing and then selling with high price like full billing info, do u understand ? it's cheat

then i fake info all of them with fake billing USA like this

then selling with high price, people can not refund them BECAUSE it's valid, this is another way to cheat, do u understand ?

You are right, Many sellers on Vclub have been doing this to avoid detecting the same cards from another shop and you know what the cc will always be valid but you can't use it because of fake billing address they added to it.
who was the seller so i can avoid it?
