I have been a Client of this shop.since a year and first 10 months were very good.
Ist i talk.about matriel.
Cc Quailty is good but not like before Golden bases are small and other bad bases are huge and 2nd hand with valid rate upto 40 50 30%.
Golden bases and some other old bases are still.doing good for us and Shop.

Support Staff
Vclub when i joined was a good shop regarding his support staff but recentlty Except Admin T all other admins are not coperting and there is no respect at all for an old one or a new one all treated like same.
So i give -5 Star to Support team.
Cc price of golden bases are good and reasonable but price for gdvr bases are to much high as compared to there validty percentage.
i spent more then 27000$ in shop this is proof that shop.is good but my only issue and concern is support staff rude and unprofessional behvaior.
Point is may be u are doing what is good but in past u have done remarkable job and we are used to that support we are unfamilier with this kind of behavior.
Kindly its a suggestion add more golden bases and please make sure about other bases which are doing bad for us and you do something to them.
