Open a support ticket, with base name and we will look into it, delete and take action. However, on top of that, system do not allow base to go live if valid rate is less than 70%. A batch of 50 cards goes for check to determine the valid rate of the base at the time of upload. freebies are usually not this much high valid. There is no point of big mouth here. No one's going to help you. We are still the same, as we were before. Feel free not to use our shop if you don't like.
